Sign up with your email address and start your 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Trial Period: You get 14 days of full access to test all features. After the trial, upgrade to continue using DoneMode.

DoneMode works best when you have clear, specific goals. Start with something important to you:

Creating Action Plans

Action plans break your goals into specific, actionable steps. Your AI coach can generate these automatically based on your goals, or you can create and customize them yourself.

Tracking Progress

Mark actions as complete as you finish them. Your AI coach uses this progress information to provide better guidance and adjust recommendations based on what's working for you.

How Memory Works

DoneMode has two types of memory to provide personalized coaching:

  • Short-term Memory: Recent conversations and immediate context
  • Long-term Memory: Important insights, patterns, and key information about you

Explicit Memory Commands

You can explicitly tell your AI coach to remember important information:

  • "Remember this:" Explicitly save specific information
  • "Save to memory:" Store important details for future reference
  • Examples: "Remember that I work best in the morning" or "Save to memory: I prefer deadlines over open-ended goals"

Automatic Memory Extraction

Your AI coach also automatically identifies and remembers important facts from your conversations, even when you don't explicitly ask it to:

  • Your goals and progress patterns
  • Challenges you frequently face
  • Strategies that work well for you
  • Your preferences and communication style
  • Important life events and changes
  • Time preferences and scheduling constraints

Memory Limits: To maintain quality, your coach creates a maximum of 2 new memories per day from conversations. High-importance insights (7+ out of 10) are prioritized for storage.

How does the AI coach remember our previous conversations?

DoneMode uses a sophisticated memory system that stores important information from your conversations. The AI coach remembers your goals, preferences, challenges, and successful strategies to provide increasingly personalized guidance.

Can I have multiple goals at the same time?

Yes! You can work on multiple goals simultaneously. However, we recommend starting with 1-3 goals to maintain focus and avoid overwhelm. You can always add more goals as you build momentum.

What if I want to change or delete a goal?

You can edit or delete goals anytime in your goals dashboard. Your AI coach will adapt to these changes and help you transition to new objectives or adjust existing ones.

Is my data private and secure?

Absolutely. We take privacy seriously and comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations. Your personal data is encrypted and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How often should I check in with my AI coach?

Daily check-ins work best, even if brief. This helps your coach understand your rhythm and provide timely support. However, use it as often as feels natural - some people prefer weekly deep conversations.

Can the AI coach replace a human therapist or life coach?

No, DoneMode is designed to complement, not replace, professional help. While great for motivation and practical guidance, it's not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or professional counseling.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After your 14-day trial, you'll need to upgrade to a paid subscription to continue using DoneMode. During the trial, you have full access to all features. You'll receive notifications when your trial is ending so you can choose to upgrade.

How much does DoneMode cost?

Pricing information is available on your profile page once you sign up. We offer flexible subscription options to fit different needs and budgets.

What are the usage limits?

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement the following daily limits:

  • Trial Users: 25 AI conversations per day
  • Paid Users: 150 AI conversations per day
  • Rate Limiting: Maximum 30 messages per 15-minute period

These limits accommodate normal usage while preventing abuse. If you need higher limits for legitimate business use, contact us at hi@donemode.com.

Can I create multiple accounts?

To prevent trial abuse, we limit new trial accounts to 3 per IP address within 30 days. If you need additional accounts for team usage or other legitimate purposes, please contact our support team at hi@donemode.com.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Common Issues

AI coach responses seem generic

Solution: Add more information to your memory system. Use explicit commands like "Remember this: I work best in the morning" or "Save to memory: I prefer short, focused work sessions." The more your coach knows about you, the more personalized the responses become.

I can't find my goals or action plans

Solution: Check your goals dashboard in the main navigation. If you still can't find them, try refreshing the page or contact support.

The AI coach doesn't remember our previous conversation

Solution: This can happen if there was a technical issue. Try mentioning key points from your previous conversation to help the coach remember the context.

I'm getting "daily limit reached" errors

Solution: You've reached your daily conversation limit (25 for trial users, 150 for paid users). Limits reset at midnight. If you consistently need higher limits, consider upgrading to a paid plan or contact us at hi@donemode.com for custom arrangements.

I'm getting "too many requests" errors

Solution: You're sending messages too quickly (max 30 per 15 minutes). Wait a few minutes before sending more messages. This prevents system abuse and ensures good performance for all users.

I'm not receiving notifications

Solution: Check your notification settings in your profile and ensure your browser allows notifications from DoneMode. Also check your email spam folder.
